NOTE: When replacing existing cigarette plug, verify that the plug does not contain a voltage reduction circuit. Most of the cigarette plugs disassemble by unscrewing the nose of the plug. If it does contain a voltage reduction circuit board, DO NOT REPLACE IT WITH A POWERLET ® PLUG. Use a Powerlet ® adapter cable or power cord. Powerlet ® power cords are designed with the correct voltage reduction circuits.
